The Medieval Old Town of the City of Rhodes has been declared a World Heritage Site. Today, it is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe.
⦁ 1991 – Starts gigging from small restaurants to Greek ”Buzukia clubs” including the famous ”Melody Palace” where he stayed as a maestro/arranger till 1993.
During this period he collaborated with some of the
pure Greek Folk singers such as : Nickos Nomikos and Doukissa (Dutchesss).
During 1991-1994 he works in summer seasons with his band at all 5stars’ Hotels in Rhodes,such as : Rhodos Palace, Capsis, Crecotel Imperial(Sheraton) ,Crecotel Faliraki , Olympic Palace,Electra Palace,Grand Hotel (MITSIS) ,Elysium Resort & Spa,Lydia Maris Resort & Spa,Esperos,The Kresten Royal Villas & Spa,Rodos Park Suites & Spa,etc, noting even great success as the group begins to attract various events of the local community at these hotels,all pan-European and world medical conferences taking place in Rhodes as well.
⦁ 1993- He takes qualitative examinations for higher theoreticians and is admitted to the Greek Auditory of Athens. He enters the Special Harmony Diploma a year later and continues his studies at the Counterpoint.
Same period he works in various night clubs with top Greek singers of classic Folk and cinema music such as : Babis Tsetinis,Ria Kourti,Haroula Lampraki,Nikos Ksanthopoulos,
Poly Pannou,Nantia Konstantopoulou,Giota Lydia,Ksanthi Peraki and many others.
⦁ 1994-He joins the army at Haidari transfers’ Center.
Right away ,he builds a military orchestra for the annual military bowl , and collaborates with various artists such as Lefteris Pantazis, Eleni Legaki and Stella Georgiadou.
After the basic education there,he is transferred back to Rhodes.
⦁ 1996- He ends his term in the Army and returns to Athens,where he makes various co-collaborations such as:
John Modinos,Kostas Monachos,etc.
⦁ 1997 – He is in Los Angeles, after after suggestion of his friend conductor and composer Dimitris Milios (Gia ta lefta ta kaneis ola by Antypas, Mia kardia (Phil. Nikolaos), etc.
He lives there for almost 5 months.At this period he builds friendships and collaborations with rated musicians and singers like : Eddie Van Halen, Renato neto (Prince, Roberto Carlos, Frank Gambale, Scott Henderson, Rod Stewart, Stevie Wonder, Justin Timberline, Christina Aguilera, Little Richard, Patti LaBelle, Luther Vandross) Herodia (drums), Marco Mendoza (bass with Thin Lizzy, Whitesnake, Right Said Fred), Madonna, George Walton Lucas, as well as short co-operations, demos’ for America’s second-largest record label, Capitol Records.
⦁ 1998 – Returns to Greece, in Rhodes for the summer season, where he works at ” Capsis Resorts Club” ,
where he collaborates with various artists such as: Pashalis(Olympians) and Stathis Angelopoulos.
At the same time he moves again to Athens, working at various entertainment centers , indicative collaborations: Kostas Venetsanos, Stavros Libykos, etc.
⦁ 1999 Working at ” Babis Kifissia ” on the side of:
Dimitris Kontolazos,Kostas Bigalis,Elina Konstantopoulou,Eudokia,Sofi Zanninou,Giannis Bournelis,
but also outstanding musicians and composers such as :
Nikos Zervas,Lefteris Zervas,Christos Zervas,George Georgopoulos,Christos Lagos,Alexandros Pantsos,Makis Mpekos,Arsenis Nassos,Vichos Thanassis,Mike Tzavaras.
